Our story began in 1988 when Justin Wharton began his property management career. He had a strong desire to assist off-Cape homeowners struggling to manage their properties from a distance.

Today, Joe Norton has joined him as co-owner of Vigilant Services, Inc. Together, they have developed an experienced and reliable staff as well as a strong network of licensed contractors in order to provide one point of contact to our customers for all their needs.
